Pet Policy
Pet policy: We are pet friendly! Both dogs and cats are allowed!
We allow two dogs or two cats per household.
One-time Pet Fee: $350 for one pet, $550 for two pets
Monthly Pet Rent: $25 per pet
The weight limit is 75 lbs. per pet
Please keep in mind that no exotic animals are permitted.
Breed Restrictions:
Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Presa Canario, German Shepherd, Husky, Malamute, Doberman, Chow, St. Bernard, Great Dane, Akita, Terrier (Staffordshire), American Bulldog, Karelian Bear Dog. Any hybrid or mixed breed of one of the mentioned breeds.
