Heartwood at Vermillion is a 291- unit luxury apartment community located in Huntersville, N.C. outside of Charlotte. The development will be part of a mixed-use community featuring a timeless design consisting of apartments, townhomes, retail, and restaurants. This will be our third project in the Charlotte market, which has one of the 10 largest growth rates in terms of percentage over the last dozen years.

The development will appeal to the suburban renter who is looking for a walkable community with amenities close by. Units will feature keyless entries, nine-foot ceilings, granite countertops, walk-in closets, and designer finishes throughout. The property will offer luxury amenities such as a resort-style pool with shaded cabanas, a dog park, a fitness center, attached garages, storage rooms, and more.

Heartwood at Vermillion is expected to begin leasing in late 2024 with completion in 2025.
